Welcome to TicketNest. TicketNest is an online event ticketing and event management platform that enables customers to discover events, purchase digital tickets, participate in cashless event experiences and interact with approved event organisers.

By accessing or using TicketNest you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

• Online ticket sales.
• Digital QR tickets.
• Event management tools.
• Cashless event solutions.
• Vendor payment solutions.
• Organizer dashboards.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed using your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

• Tickets are issued electronically.
• Each QR code is unique.
• Duplicate or copied tickets may be refused entry.
• Prices may include applicable service fees.
• Tickets remain subject to organiser policies.

5. Event Organisers

Organisers remain responsible for the content, scheduling, pricing and operation of their events.

• TicketNest may approve or reject organiser applications.
• Events must comply with Namibian law.
• Fraudulent organisers will be removed immediately.

6. Cashless Services

TicketNest may provide cashless payment services for selected events.

• Wallet balances belong to the registered attendee.
• Unused balances may be refundable depending on event policy.
• Vendor transactions are recorded electronically.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the organiser's refund policy unless otherwise required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Purchase tickets using stolen payment methods.
• Attempt to bypass platform security.
• Distribute fake tickets.
• Harass organisers or attendees.
• Upload unlawful content.

9. Privacy

TicketNest processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Namibian legislation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TicketNest acts as a technology platform connecting customers and organisers. TicketNest is not responsible for the quality, cancellation or delivery of third-party events.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
